Founded by Tiaan Steenkamp after getting a diploma in Personal training from the American counsel for exercise, Tiaan also holds a degree in human movement science and Honours degree in Biokinetics. With more than 10 years of training and helping hundreds of clients from various backgrounds change their lives through knowledge, this is a passion.
Identifying the problems within the fitness industry was the first step in forming Stonecampfitness , paying top dollar for lower than average service and generic programs that could just as well have been downloaded from a bodybuilding website , this is what formed the idea of acquiring knowledge going out and changing the fitness industry for the better!
